            Perfect Cycle/SpinningSpinning set to Music and a Dynamic Lights Off Atmosphere


            Perfect Cycle (Spinning) is an aerobic exercise group fitness training program that takes place on a specially designed stationary bicycle called a spinning bike. As you pedal, heart-pumping, soul-lifting music plays as the trainer shares thoughts about life.  Unlike traditional spinning classes”, the Perfect Cycle is set up in a circle. In complete darkness with the exception of candles in the center of the circle, you will experience a training workout like nothing else you have before! This helps you to focus inwardly and work on your mind as well as your body. We believe that true fitness is more than just the physical. We believe in physical, mental, spiritual, emotional, and life fitness. We are all athletes in life and need to be on top of our game.

            Full-Body Weight Training PumpWeight Training - Quick Effective and Efficient


            Pump Specifics and Pump Full Body are 34-40 minute group fitness training workouts focusing on separate muscle groups or complete full-body muscle training. All Pump Training sessions start with an opening warm-up as well as cool-down sessions before and after the main workout session. All of our sessions are performed with music using free weights, plates, and dumbbells. As a participant, you will be able to choose your weights based on the exercise and the instruction of the trainer. Major muscle groups are worked via series of compound and isolation-based exercises including squats, presses, deadlifts, and more. The focus is toward muscle endurance and strength using a combination of sets and reps. Every training workout is different and unique. No two training workouts are ever the same. Shapes and tones muscles, increases bone density, and pushes you to the limit.


            AM Revolution Great workout before you get going in the am.


            Combining a mix of indoor cycling, weightlifting, and TRX plus some, the AM Revolution  is a  total body group workout which was created to give amazing results in a short period of time. Utilizing the stationary bike to lower body fat mass and tone the lower body areas, weight training speeds up metabolism as well as sculpts and strengthens your body. You also get the added bonus of TRX Suspension training for your core and Step training for continued cardio.  In addition, we mix Kettlebells, Medicine Balls, and body weight exercises for great variance. This is a great group fitness training session for those who want a little bit of everything. The group training sessions are a must for those who want quick results with limited time!



            Pilates, and The Hybird


            This is a physical fitness program developed by Joseph Pilates. It is a body conditioning routine that helps build flexibility and long lean muscles as well as strength and endurance in the legs, abdominals, arms, hips, and back. It puts emphasis on spinal and pelvic alignment, breathing, developing a strong core, and improving coordination and balance. Pilates demands intense focus; you must concentrate on what you are doing at all times. You must concentrate on your entire body for smooth movements. The way the exercises are done is just as important as the exercises themselves.

            The Hybrid is a combination of Floor Strength and Core with TRX and Barre moves.

            The New Personal Training Center is a commitment that the studio has brought in to offer a brand new style and concept of training for those who want more personal attention. Small group training is available to those who might want to bring a friend or two and still get the same attention as the one-on-one experience.
