Perfect Cycle (Spinning) is an aerobic exercise group fitness training program that takes place on a specially designed stationary bicycle called a spinning bike. As you pedal, heart-pumping, soul-lifting music plays as the trainer shares thoughts about life, love, faith, hope, and more. Unlike traditional spinning classes”, the Perfect Cycle is set up in a circle. In life, we all stand beside each other so, in this place, we all stand beside each other as well. In complete darkness with the exception of candles in the center of the circle, you will experience a training workout like nothing else you have before! This helps you to focus inwardly and work on your mind as well as your body. We believe that true fitness is more than just the physical. We believe in physical, mental, spiritual, emotional, and life fitness. We are all athletes in life and need to be on top of our game.

Pump Specifics and Pump Full Body are 45-60 minute group fitness training workouts focusing on separate muscle groups or complete full-body muscle training. All Pump Training sessions start with an opening warm-up as well as cool-down sessions before and after the main workout session. All of our sessions are performed with music using free weights, plates, and dumbbells. As a participant, you will be able to choose your weights based on the exercise and the instruction of the trainer. Major muscle groups are worked via series of compound and isolation-based exercises including squats, presses, deadlifts, and more. The focus is toward muscle endurance and strength using a combination of sets and reps. Every training workout is different and unique. No two training workouts are ever the same.
